1. Service

Instrm provides live streaming tools for organizations approved on the platform. Use of the service requires compliance with applicable laws and platform policies.

2. Accounts

Tenants authenticate with Google and organization credentials issued by Instrm operators. You are responsible for safeguarding shared org passwords and stream passcodes.

3. Content

You retain rights to your broadcasts. You grant Instrm the technical rights needed to ingest, transcode, and deliver streams to configured destinations.

4. Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance and third-party outages may affect playback latency or simulcast.
